Quarter Beef (deposit)

Quarter Beef Purchases

When you purchase a quarter beef, the average hanging weight ranges from 125 to 185 pounds, which yields approximately 90 to 125 pounds of packaged, take-home cuts.

To store this volume of meat, you will need approximately 3.5 to 5 cubic feet of freezer space (a standard small chest freezer or a few empty shelves in a regular upright freezer).

Pricing by Delivery Zone & Pickup

Our quarter beef pricing is all-inclusive based on the hanging weight—covering the cost of the beef, high-quality custom processing, and delivery to a designated pickup location (or on-farm pickup):

• On-Farm Pickup: $8.00 / lb

• Delivery to local meet-up: $8.50 / lb
  

Payment Terms

• Deposit: $300 required to secure your order.

• Balance: The remaining balance is due either prior to shipment or directly upon delivery.
