Half Beef Purchases

When you purchase a half beef, the average hanging weight ranges from 250 to 375 pounds, which yields approximately 175 to 250 pounds of packaged, take-home cuts.

To store this volume of meat, you will need a dedicated deep freeze with 5 to 7 cubic feet of freezer space.

Pricing by Delivery Zone

Our half beef pricing is all-inclusive based on the hanging weight—covering the cost of the beef, high-quality custom processing, and delivery to a designated pickup location in your region:

• On-Farm Pickup:  $7.75 / lb

• Delivery to local meet-up: $8.00 / lb

Payment Terms

• Deposit: $600 required to secure your order.

• Balance: The remaining balance is due either prior to shipment or directly upon delivery.
