Quarter Beef (deposit)

Exceptional heritage beef with rich flavor, fine marbling, and natural tenderness. Slowly grown for depth of taste and quality you can truly savor.  Born, raised, and processed on our farm, our Dexter beef cattle experience as peaceful and trouble-free lives as possible, contributing to the quality of our beef.

A quarter of a cow averages 95 - 125 pounds hanging weight, giving you 72 - 90 pounds of take-home cuts.  You will need 2 to 2-1/2 cubic feet of freezer space for this package.

Quarter beef are $9.00/lb hanging weight including processing and delivery to a pickup location within 60 miles of our farm.  $300 deposit; remainder due prior to or at delivery.
