Pure Maple Syrup
Maple syrup the way it’s meant to be — simple, slow, and made from nothing but sap and time.
Each spring, when the days warm and the nights still freeze, we tap our maple trees and begin the steady rhythm of gathering sap. It takes gallons upon gallons of sap, patiently boiled down in small batches over a wood fire, to produce one rich, amber bottle of syrup.
There are no additives. No flavorings. No shortcuts.
Just pure maple syrup with deep, complex sweetness and the unmistakable flavor of early spring in Pennsylvania.
Drizzle it over pancakes, stir it into coffee, glaze roasted vegetables, brush it over meats, or use it in baking. Once you start cooking with real maple syrup, there’s no going back.
Simple. Local. Crafted by hand.
