Our ground lamb comes from pasture-raised sheep, grazing on fresh grass and forage throughout the season. The flavor is clean and slightly sweet, with the depth that only grass-raised lamb provides.

Use ground lamb anywhere you’d use ground beef — burgers, meatballs, shepherd’s pie, stuffed peppers, or hearty sauces. It adds a richness that makes simple meals feel special.

Our lamb sausage is made from the same high-quality lamb, thoughtfully seasoned to enhance — not overpower — the natural flavor. Perfect for breakfast, pasta dishes, flatbreads, or grilled and served with roasted vegetables.

You will get 1/4 of a lamb made into ground lamb and your choice of breakfast links, mild bulk sausage, or spicy bulk sausage (choose only one).  7 - 10 pounds of total meat.  

$11.00/lb hanging weight.  Additional $3.00/lb for sausage; additional $5.00/lb for sausage links.  $50 deposit per box; remainder due prior to delivery.
