Whole Beef (deposit)

Exceptional heritage beef with rich flavor, fine marbling, and natural tenderness. Slowly grown for depth of taste and quality you can truly savor.  Born, raised, and processed on our farm, our Dexter beef cattle experience as peaceful and trouble-free lives as possible, contributing to the quality of our beef.

Whole cows average 380 - 500 pounds hanging weight, giving you 220 - 300 pounds of take-home cuts.  You will need 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space for a whole cow.

Whole beef are $8.00/lb hanging weight including processing and delivery to a pickup location within 60 miles of our farm.  $1200 deposit; remainder due prior to or upon delivery.
