Monthly Beef Box (deposit)

Exceptional heritage beef with rich flavor, fine marbling, and natural tenderness. Slowly grown for depth of taste and quality you can truly savor.  Born, raised, and processed on our farm, our Dexter beef cattle experience as peaceful and trouble-free lives as possible, contributing to the quality of our beef.

A beef box is approximately 1/8th of a cow, delivered monthly. You will receive 25-40 lb. of finished beef including steaks, roasts, ribs, and ground.  Specific cuts are not guaranteed, but each cut is rotated among the eight boxes each month, ensuring equal distribution.  1 - 1.25 cubic feet of freezer space is required.

This is a great option for those with only a refrigerator freezer who still want to enjoy premium beef from a local farm.

Total box price is based on hanging weight and includes processing and delivery to a pickup location within 60 miles of our farm. 

• One-time box:  $10.00/lb hanging weight
• 4-time box:  $9.50/lb hanging weight
• 8-time box:  $9.00/lb hanging weight
• 12-time box:  $8.50/lb hanging weight

$200 deposit per box; remainder due prior to delivery.  Choose monthly, every other month, or every three months delivery.
